Admin and coordinator

Key responsibilities

Administrative and clerical:

- Answer phones, manage emails, schedule meetings and appointments, and greet visitors.

Office management:

- Order and organize office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure office equipment is maintained.

Document management:

- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations; maintain and organize physical and digital filing sys/tems.

Support and communication:

- Provide administrative support to staff and management, act as a point of contact for vendors, and manage internal communications.

Financial and bookkeeping:

- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking invoices, managing expenses, and monitoring accounts receivable.

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Perfect written English
  • Highly creative and autonomous

Nice to have

  • Experience in writing online content
  • Additional languages
  • Strong analytical skills
