We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist with a background in auditing and ERP system implementation to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our clients to ensure successful ERP integration, particularly in the areas of accounting and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits and financial assessments for clients to ensure compliance with industry standards and financial regulations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their accounting processes and financial reporting requirements.
• Implement and configure ERP systems (such as Odoo, SAP, or Oracle) to meet clients' accounting needs, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting modules.
• Provide training and support to clients on ERP systems, focusing on accounting features and functionalities.
• Perform gap analysis to identify improvements in clients’ financial processes and offer practical solutions through ERP customization.
• Assist in integrating financial data into the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all modules.
• Work closely with other departments, including IT and project management, to ensure seamless ERP implementation and user adoption.
• Conduct post-implementation audits to verify system accuracy and functionality, offering continuous improvement recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, auditing practices, and ERP technologies to offer best-in-class solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification is a plus).
• Proven experience in accounting, auditing, and financial management.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and auditing standards.
• Experience in implementing ERP systems from a financial perspective, including system setup, configuration, and data migration.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial processes and ERP functionalities to non-accounting users.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful ERP implementations.
